If you travel only occasionally, like once a year, a single trip travel insurance policy will probably be suitable. On the other hand if you take two or three trips per year, or even more, it is well worth considering a multi trip travel insurance policy.

Multi trip travel insurance travel policies are also be known as annual travel insurance policies and can be big money savers in the long run. When arranging your travel insurance policy be sure to establish what coverage is provided and look for any items you may expect to be covered that are excluded.

Remember that like most things you are probably looking at a compromise between the coverage your travel insurance policy provides, and the premium that it carries.
